Free Local Delivery
- Upon successful payment, you will receive an Email/WhatsApp notification
- All parcels will be sent via our logistic partner & it takes 2-5 working days ( Exclude Sunday & PH ) to reach your destination.
- In case of a delay in shipment, we will get in touch with you via Whatsapp or phone.
- Before the parcel is shipped, you will receive tracking information so that you can track your parcel.
Delivery Schedule
- All order placed and confirmed before 7.30 pm ( Monday – Friday ), will be picked up by courier on the next working day.
- All order placed and confirmed after 7.30 pm on Friday, will be picked up by courier on the following Monday
- All order placed and confirmed on Saturday & Sunday, will be picked up by courier on the following Monday
- All order placed and confirmed on Public Holiday , will be picked up by courier on the next working day.

Same Day Collection
- All order placed and confirmed before 7.30 pm , you may visit our store directly after receiving a pickup notification via Whatsapp / Email.
Next Day Collection
- All order placed and confirmed after 7.30 pm , a pickup notification will be sent out on the following day after 12.00 pm, and you can then pick up your items at our store located at :

Self Collection Hours
Mon to Fri: 12 pm to 8.00 pm
Sat: 11 am to 8.00 pm
Sun & Public Holiday: 11 am to 5.00 pm.
- For order collection, please present the confirmation email, whatsapp message, or order number you received.
Same Day Local Delivery ( Flat Rate : $25 per location )
- Upon successful payment, you will receive an Email/WhatsApp notification
- All order placed and confirmed before 4.00 pm, we will use Grab Express as our choice of courier service.
- All order placed and confirmed after 4.00 pm, will be picked up by Grab Express on the following day.
- The flat rate of $25 will be charged for the same day delivery service.
International Shipping
At this moment, we do not provide international shipping on our gold jewellery. Alternatively, you may send your parcel to an acquaintance at your local address if your order needs to be delivered oversea.
