Q: Do you deliver outside of Singapore?
A: No. At this moment, we do not offer international shipping for our gold jewellery. Alternatively, you may send your parcel to an acquaintance at your local address if your order need to be delivered oversea.
Q: In-store collection is possible?
A: Yes, after we verify your payment was successful, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your parcel is ready for collection, you will be notified via Whatsapp and you can then pick up your items at our store located at :

Q: When will I receive my items?
A: After the payment have been verified, we will proceed to prepare your parcel within 24 hours. You may expect to receive your items within 3-5 days. If there is a delay of shipment, we will contact you via Whatsapp or phone.
Q: Can I change my delivery information after I have place order?
A: Yes, you can whatsapp us with the revised delivery information.
NOTE: We are unable to change your delivery information after your parcel have been hand over to the courier party.
Q: How much is the shipping fee?
A: The local standard shipping fee is $5. However, now you can enjoy ZERO delivery fee with no minimum spend as our appreciation for your support.
Q: Which payment methods do you accept?
A: Marina Goldsmith accept debit / credit card payment such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Dinner Club International.
For PayLater option, we also accept GrabPay and Atome.
We also accept PAYNOW.
Q: Is the 0% interest installment plan valid at Marina Goldsmith?
A: Yes, 0% interest installment plan is only valid for pay later option ( GrabPay and Atome )
RETURN & EXCHANGE
Q: How should I proceed if I receive damage item?
Our team will review and investigate the case and advise you the next course of action.
Please note that the following factors are not considered as defects:
- All measurements are done manually. As such, please expect 1-3mm differences in measurement size
- The color of product may slightly different from actual item due to the resolution and lighting of camera
Q: Can I refund or exchange the items if I change of my mind or the items is not fit me well?
A: Sorry, no refund once the items is sold. However, you may visit our shop to exchange the products within 7 days upon successful delivery. Please kindly bring the invoice / receipt and item back to our shop for exchange.
A new, unworn items must have their tag attached. For the sale of personalized products, special order, custom made items and promotion items are not eligible for exchange.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: No, you cannot cancel your order once your payment was successfully done. Alternatively, you may visit our shop to exchange the products within 7 days upon successful delivery. Please kindly bring the invoice / receipt and item back to our shop for an exchange.

Q: After I place an order, can I amend my order?
A: Yes, you may place a new order and leave us the message in the order note to notify us. Don’t worry, the additional shipping fee will not be incurred. Do note that there will be delaying in shipment due to the amendment of order.
